This 3d printed moss cave will be great for your shrimp tank! The cave can be used as is, to give a space for baby shrimp to hide in to protect themselves from bigger fish. It’s also meant to be used as structure to send moss over, making a little jungle cave. The texture of the object has many groves and pores for bacteria to grow in, allowing a biofilm to build up that the shrimp will enjoy picking at. It is made of PETG, a material that wil not degrade in water and won’t leach out dangerous chemicals.
They may release bubbles when first out in the tank, this is normal. It also may take the shrimp a few days to start using them, that's simply the time it'll take for the biofilm to grow on them.
